The Journey Begins – 2001
Since 2001, we have been a steadfast presence in the construction industry, making our mark on the landscape of South Africa. Our journey began in the heart of the Free State, Welkom, where we initiated operations with a single dedicated team comprising a vehicle, a skilled foreman, two versatile employees, and two general workers.
Under the guidance of Director Pierre Pelser, our company was established as a Close Corporation (CC), channelling our energies into general construction work and meticulous maintenance. As the years unfolded, our dedication and commitment gained recognition, leading us to new horizons.
New Ownership – 2018
In 2019, a pivotal moment saw us venturing into collaborations with multiple insurance companies, expanding our portfolio of services. This period also marked a transition of ownership, with Paul van Heerden assuming the reins. Previously a shareholder and foreman, Paul’s leadership ushered in a new era as he became the dynamic driving force behind our company in 2018.
From our modest beginnings, we have evolved into a robust organization, boasting four proficient teams, each equipped with vehicles and a workforce of five skilled members. Our capabilities have extended far beyond the conventional, encompassing plumbing, electrical work, insurance assessments, general maintenance, and the management of substantial construction sites. With finesse, we’ve rejuvenated residences into guesthouses, executed tar work with precision, and even undertaken ground-up construction, from laying foundations to completing entire houses.
In recognition of our dedication to excellence, we earned the esteemed status of a vendor on CMEAT and SAB Welkom. Moreover, our affiliation with respected institutions such as the Master Builders Association (MBA), SAPAC, and the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) speaks volumes about our commitment to upholding industry standards.
Mossel Bay Branch – 2023
As we step into the future, we’re thrilled to announce the inauguration of a new branch in March 2023, nestled in Mossel Bay within the picturesque Western Cape. With this expansion, we’re poised to serve not only the immediate locale but also the surrounding areas and the enchanting Garden Route.
Our reach knows no bounds, as our Welkom branch continues to extend its expert services across the Goldfields area, Northwest, Free State, and Northern Cape regions. We’ve even secured police clearance, underscoring our reliability and integrity.
